1. Use of Website
This website is provided as a resource for information, appointment booking, and connection to services. All content is the property of GoodLook Wellness and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.
2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment system (Stripe via Wix).

Upon booking, you’ll receive confirmation and any relevant details for your consultation.

Follow-up sessions and add-on services may carry additional costs, which will be clearly outlined prior to booking.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. To honour both your time and ours, we offer the following policy:

You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session without penalty.

If you cancel within the 48-hour window or do not attend, the session will be considered as taken and no refund will be given.

Each session can only be rescheduled once. If the rescheduled appointment is missed or cancelled, the payment will be forfeited and a new booking/payment will be required.
4. Online Consultations
Our core offerings are provided online for flexibility and accessibility. You’ll receive secure instructions prior to your appointment. Follow-up sessions are available and can be booked as needed at an additional cost.
5. In-Person Sessions
For in-person support, additional logistics and costs apply. These include, but are not limited to:

Travel time

Transport or fuel

Insurance requirements

Overnight stay if needed

Meals during travel
These costs will be discussed in advance and agreed upon prior to confirming the appointment.
